Orders have to be placed before or by 4pm for next-day delivery.
No. We do not sell on display. All orders are taken on a pre-order basis. Gateaux are prepared based on the customer preferences (design and fillings). Therefore, all orders must be placed on our website at least a day ahead before 3pm to arrange the production and the delivery

Delivery fees is set by a delivery company according to the locations.
Yes, you can select the time slot of 11:30am-1:30pm, 4:30-7:30pm before adding the product to your cart.
Sorry, we cannot arrange delivery at a specifically requested time as we arrange all our deliveries according to the areas and total distance of all orders, we have per time slot. Drivers deliver to multiple areas in one trip and we cannot predict traffic conditions or potential unforeseen circumstances.
